The staff where allways very helpful and made you feel very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble. I asked for a ground floor room because I am Disabled and they provided me with a room large enough for me and literally just next to the dinning room. The breakfast was well worth the cost and you hade sutch a choice from a crooked breakfast to salmon fresh fruit just but to name a few. Eavning meal was excellent and of a fair price, and the service was excellent from all the staff. From the chef in the kitchen to the chamber mades. I would recommend thix hotel. Thank you for making our 10day stay so comfortable and homely. Busses run every ten minits to bergadorf train station. I surgested a walk around the park by the hotel and a visit to the castle in the town if bergadorf.

Eweline (hope the spelling is correct), who is one of the reception staff was wonderful. She was very friendly and welcoming. Any requests were met with her beautiful smile and willingness to help in any way.
