The Green Coast Hotel is located 20 minutes by car from the International Airport of Punta Cana, 10 minutes by car from the commercial area Down Town next to Cocobongo, the area offers a variety of... Very clean and modern Scandinavian-style hotel. We have just rebooked this hotel for the last 3 nights of our holiday instead of an all-inclusive. Very nice breakfast and very helpful staff when we had a problem with the TV. Balconies big enough to sit outside and enjoy a cigar and glass of wine on. Definitely the best value hotel we have stayed in in Punta Cana. 5 minutes walk to the beach but we just used a famous taxi service (don't know if I'm allowed to mention it on here) for about $2.50 each way. Also a similar price for the taxis to the centre of Punta Cana or a ten minute walk. Very clean and comfortable rooms and showers. Can highly recommend for anyone looking for budget accomodation.

A recently renovated apartment situated in the Bavaro district of Punta Cana, Casa Mulata Paseo del Mar Pool & Playa offers accommodation with with a private beach area, private parking and free WiFi.... Property is immaculate clean and full equipped, amazing location, way too safe, the pool is very relaxing and the buildings are very quiet. We will definitely come back here next year and if you are reading this don’t have any doubts and book it!

Set in Punta Cana, 600 metres from Arena Gorda Beach and 2.3 km from Bavaro Beach, Private Pool View 2BDR in Los Corales Punta Cana offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. This apartment was a perfect fit for our family of four, heading to the beach for a break from life in Santo Domingo. We were looking for a cozy place to spend an affordable week close to the public amenities of Corales. (I.e., We weren't looking for the resort experience.) The place was well stocked with everything we needed, right down to an auxilary hdmi cable. A colmado is right next door. It's a quick walk to restaurants, groceries, the beach, and everything else we needed. It sits right in front of the pool, which made it easy to watch our kids and made for a pleasant view. Everyone we met in the residencia was welcoming and helpful.

Featuring sea views, Private room overlooking the beach provides accommodation with a private beach area, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge, around a few steps from Arena Gorda Beach. I had the best stay at this property! Cesar was an excellent host. He was super helpful before and after my arrival, and even offered to take me and my apartment mate to a nearby beach for a local experience on the last day! He had towels, fruit, and robe waiting in the room. The room is equipped with Netflix and an Alexa to play your favorite tunes! The view is spectacular, you can watch the sunset and rise over the beach and even walk a few steps and be on the beach. The beach area designated for this set of apartments has chairs, beds, and tables! Overall, I had a great stay. This is a good location, place, and price for a solo traveler! Super safe gated community

Located within the Bavaro district in Punta Cana, Suite just over the beach-Adults only has air conditioning, a balcony, and sea views. First of all the location is amazing! The view is fantastic! It is beside all the resorts in the area which is easy to access.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Cozy 2 bdr condo, with pool area and free WIFI is located in Punta Cana. Everything was just perfect. Owner was very kind, helpful and generous. Place is very secure, close to the beach, supermarket and easy to reach with uber anywhere you would like to visit in Punta Cana.
