Very clean and modern Scandinavian-style hotel. We have just rebooked this hotel for the last 3 nights of our holiday instead of an all-inclusive. Very nice breakfast and very helpful staff when we had a problem with the TV. Balconies big enough to sit outside and enjoy a cigar and glass of wine on. Definitely the best value hotel we have stayed in in Punta Cana. 5 minutes walk to the beach but we just used a famous taxi service (don't know if I'm allowed to mention it on here) for about $2.50 each way. Also a similar price for the taxis to the centre of Punta Cana or a ten minute walk. Very clean and comfortable rooms and showers. Can highly recommend for anyone looking for budget accomodation.

Casa Mulata Paseo del Mar Pool & Playa er nýlega enduruppgerð íbúð sem er staðsett í Bavaro-hverfinu í Punta Cana. Boðið er upp á gistirými með einkastrandsvæði, einkabílastæði og ókeypis WiFi. Property is immaculate clean and full equipped, amazing location, way too safe, the pool is very relaxing and the buildings are very quiet. We will definitely come back here next year and if you are reading this don’t have any doubts and book it!

This apartment was a perfect fit for our family of four, heading to the beach for a break from life in Santo Domingo. We were looking for a cozy place to spend an affordable week close to the public amenities of Corales. (I.e., We weren't looking for the resort experience.) The place was well stocked with everything we needed, right down to an auxilary hdmi cable. A colmado is right next door. It's a quick walk to restaurants, groceries, the beach, and everything else we needed. It sits right in front of the pool, which made it easy to watch our kids and made for a pleasant view. Everyone we met in the residencia was welcoming and helpful.

I had the best stay at this property! Cesar was an excellent host. He was super helpful before and after my arrival, and even offered to take me and my apartment mate to a nearby beach for a local experience on the last day! He had towels, fruit, and robe waiting in the room. The room is equipped with Netflix and an Alexa to play your favorite tunes! The view is spectacular, you can watch the sunset and rise over the beach and even walk a few steps and be on the beach. The beach area designated for this set of apartments has chairs, beds, and tables! Overall, I had a great stay. This is a good location, place, and price for a solo traveler! Super safe gated community

Svítan er staðsett í Bavaro-hverfinu í Punta Cana, rétt yfir ströndinni. Aðeins fyrir fullorðna gesti er boðið upp á loftkælingu, svalir og sjávarútsýni. First of all the location is amazing! The view is fantastic! It is beside all the resorts in the area which is easy to access.

Owner was very kind, helpful and generous. Place is very secure, close to the beach, supermarket and easy to reach with uber anywhere you would like to visit in Punta Cana.
