Can't think of a better location for tourists in Madrid. Staff 10/10. They were super friendly and helpful! Bed 10/10. Our room had a king sized bed with quality pillows, sheets etc. Great shower. Great water pressure and temperature range. Great breakfast. Breads, fruits, cereals, churros, Nutella, etc etc. I did not have the breakfast included, but paid extra once for it. Also, they serve breakfast until noon, which is great! Clean room with air conditioner (I visited it during summer).

Excellent breakfast with super fresh dishes and ingredients, hotel staff is professional, helpful and with a genuine positive attitude. The hotel is located on a central street which makes several tourist attractions easy to reach , we expected it to be noisy but the rooms have excellent sound insulation , with a quiet and serene atmosphere that gives you great sleep.

Set in a beautiful 18th-century building, Catalonia Las Cortes offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. It is located in Madrid City Centre, 10 minutes' walk from El Prado Museum. Nice and pretty spacious room, very good location, friendly staff, cosy hotel. Would love to stay here in the future!

Catalonia Puerta del Sol is set in a magnificent 18th-century building in the historic centre of Madrid, a few minutes from Puerta del Sol. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The location was excellent for everything we wanted to do in Madrid. The staff were, without exception, welcoming, polite, helpful and friendly. It was my partner´s birthday and they had upgraded our room which we thanked them for. On returning to our room in the late afternoon we found a bottle of complimentary cava and two glasses with a really lovely personal birthday message. We could not get over what a truly lovely gesture this was and it made my partners day!. The breakfast was also very good and again the staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed, even with an iron and proper ironing board - we usually have to ask for threse! This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in in Madrid and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We will certainly use it again! Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful experience!!

Located in the Barrio de las Letras, Gran Hotel Inglés - The Leading Hotels of the World is set on a 19th century building, and offers 5* accommodation 300 metres from Puerta del Sol and only 600... This property is wonderful and the staff is so helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here.

The location of the hotel was great, as was, the delicious breakfast! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will happily stay there again.
