The breakfast was good although I would’ve preferred it with a bit more variety. My family appreciated that there’s a grocery right across the property. We also liked that our rooms were freshly cleaned daily. The property is conveniently located and is a 2 minute walk to Gran Via.

Aquest hotel es troba en un carrer tranquil situat al costat de la Gran Vía de Madrid, a només 200 m de les estacions de metro de Callao i Plaza España. Hotel molt cèntric, excel·lent ubicació. Al costat de la gran via, però sense cap soroll. Habitacions molt correctes, hi hem dormit molt bé. Tot l'hotel està molt net. El buffet de l'esmorzar no té molta varietat però força bo. El personal molt amable. Si tornem a Madrid segurament repetirem.

Aquest establiment es troba a la cèntrica Gran Vía de Madrid. L'hotel disposa d'un restaurant, un centre de fitness i un bar al terrat. Hi ha WiFi gratuïta. I didn't plan to end up here. I had some problems with my flight to the states and frustrated as I was, I started browsing hotels in Booking. I just wanted a nice clean place not far away from the center so I can sleep. For some reason, all hotels were really expensive and fully booked. In a hurry I've booked Innside. And that was a great decision. I've later learned that Real was playing vs Bayern and that was the reason why hotels were full. Innside was everything that I wanted. In the city center. Clean, spacious rooms. Very polite staff. When they saw I bet they thought I was seeking asylum. Night of no sleep can do that to a man. They've checked fast and got me a room even before noon that day, which I appreciate greatly. So, 12 points to the girls at the reception desk. Restaurant is excellent one. Good coffee, excellent breakfast . Nothing to complain about. Restaurant staff also 12 points :)

Centrally located on Madrid’s famous Gran Vía, Petit Palace Triball - Gran Vía offers free bicycle hire and free WiFi. Very central and perfect to walk to everything we wanted to visit. We also hired a scooter and got to see so much of the wonderful city and good fun too.
