The location was perfect. The decoration was very stylish. The staff was very helpful. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Happy with the gym facilities too.

They were gracious from arrival to departure. I liked the room- they gave me an upgrade. A housekeeper came by in the afternoon and replaced towels and got the bed ready. Breakfast was a delight. It was all better than I had expected.

Everything in the hotel was really nice, from the delicious breakfast to the cool swimming pool! You can´t beat the great location, we walked everywhere, there are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. And if you have to get around to another point there are taxis just outside the hotel. Staff are super friendly and the room was very big and comfy.

Catalonia Goya is set in a 19th-century building, next to Velázquez Metro Station, in Madrid’s exclusive shopping district. It offers free Wi-Fi, and is 5 minutes’ walk from Retiro Park. Everything Amazing all and very nice staff

Offering free Wi-Fi, ICON Embassy by Petit Palace is set on Calle Serrano, in Madrid´s Salamanca District and main commercial area. Very friendly staff , Noemy at reception dest was amazing, helped with directions and recommendations a lot. Wonderful breakfast with various staff (fruit, variety of juices, etc.). The room was relatively small, but very clean and cosy, quite as it faced the inner yard. Location is close to the main tourist attractions, in the clean area, good shopping nearby.
