I accidently forgot my passport in the safe. They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

Great location, friendly staff and amazing breakfast! The hotel was super clean and centrally located, close the the beach and the old town. We walked everywhere. Our room was lovely with a terrace, the bathroom was very modern and the shower was amazing!

Hotel Villa Favorita har bar og ligger i San Sebastián i Baskerlandet, få skridt fra La Concha-stranden og mindre end 1 km fra Ondarreta Strand. Beautiful, brand new hotel built on the top of a hidden hill in San Seb ... with onsite parking AND an elevator to take you down to street level. The rooms were elegant and very spacious with all the amenities (safe, coffee bar, mini bar, hairdryer)

The stuff is friendly and helpful. The location is comfortable. There is a kettle in the room, thank you for it. Also in the hotel there is a free spa with sauna and hamam and the gym. The facilities are great, everything was clean and comfy.

The location was excellent! The rooms, though small, were spotless and well equipped with comfortable beds, nice toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. I had a lovely terrace with city views. I didn't have breakfast, but other people I was traveling with did and I hear it was fine.
