The staff were incredible. I accidently forgot my passport in the safe. They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

Situated in San Sebastián, 500 metres from La Concha Beach, Zenit Convento San Martin features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a fitness centre and a terrace. Great location, friendly staff and amazing breakfast! The hotel was super clean and centrally located, close the the beach and the old town. We walked everywhere. Our room was lovely with a terrace, the bathroom was very modern and the shower was amazing!

Facing the beachfront, Hotel Boutique Villa Favorita offers 4-star accommodation in San Sebastián and features a terrace, restaurant and bar. Everything was perfect the location, staff, facilities in the room and helping in taking the bags, breakfast view and the backside had the beach so it was just perfect!!!! Few steps to the city

This 5-star hotel is located opposite San Sebastian’s Victoria Eugenia Theatre, with views over the Cantabrian Sea and Urumea River. This is my second time to stay in Hotel Maria Cristina. It’s both elegant and well located. The staff is amazing and service was exceptional.

Catalonia Donosti has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in San Sebastián. Love how the hotel was incorporated into the facade of the abbey. The rooftop pool and bar were spectacular!
