Very clean, staff speak English and very attentive.

Lovely staff, answering all of our question, giving tips on what to do in Valencia and we were even allowed to switch our breakfast day to the day we were arriving instead of the last day because we had to leave early.

Very professional, helpful staff who presented themselves amazingly well, who were always willing to help and provided advice and directions for all major sight seeing locations. If I visited Valencia again this hotel will always be my first choice.
