The house is close to tram station,which takes you to train station, airport and old city with shops,it is just across the street from Promenade des Anglais. Perfect location in two words. The studio has everything you need.

Appartement Californie Beach ligger i Fabron i Nice, 3,7 km från Rysk-ortodoxa kyrkan, 4,5 km från Nice–Ville tågstation och 5,1 km från Avenue Jean Medecin. The apartment was new, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was conveniently located on a parallel road from the seaside boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy the beach. There is paid parking available on the street in front of the apartment, and the N.2 tram to the center was very handy. The living room had a nice comfy sofa and a TV, making it a great place to relax. The apartment had a handy washing machine, which was very useful. It was easy to find and access from the airport, although it was a bit tricky to see the keybox during our night check-in. Overall, the apartment was nice and comfortable.

Cosy 2P Promenade des Anglais har utsikt över staden och erbjuder boende med en terrass och en balkong, 1 minuters promenad från Plage Aubry Lecomte. Location was good, we actually walked from the airport to the apartment only took 35min. Then for travelling more central there is a tram line right behind. View was amazing and cooking facilities were great. Very spacious apartment, checking in was easy and efficient.

Location for us was perfect, near the Airport and to Promenade des Anglais. It was easy to collect keys, neighborhood was nice, we had one market near the property. Apartment is well connected with center of Nice. For us it was easy to move to train station and go to Monte Carlo, Cannes, Antibes...
