Easy self-checking by following given instructions. What is more, some good quality coffee was provided as well as biscuits which hit the spot after a long day outside in this freezing time. Both the bedroom and the sanitary facility were spotless.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. Ollie was super welcoming and I felt comfortable from the first moment. The rooms and beds are big enough and have a homely feel to them. The breakfast is insanely good. Would recommend everything but definitely try the porridge with whisky, honey and cream. I'll definitely be back whenever I visit Edinburgh. Location is near the tram as well.

The location is absolutely perfect - in walking distance to the main station and very close to all attractions. Many cafés and restaurants nearby (also a market). The apartment is beautifully decorated, It has two bathrooms. It´s very clean, very easy to heat, and the bed is very comfortable. Windows are well sealed so it´s very silent at night - you don´t hear any noises of neighbours in the building either.... Check in and check out is very easy.

Breakfast was great - delicious baking available, and nice to have the option to choose whether to have a cooked breakfast or not and to have different options at different prices.

The Room enjoys a location in Edinburgh, a 15-minute walk from Edinburgh Playhouse and 1.1 miles from Royal Mile. The staff were friendly, it was very clean and spacious room.

Cosy Georgian Flat is located in Edinburgh, just one mile from Camera Obscura and World of Illusions and a 16-minute walk from The Real Mary King's Close. The host was wonderful and met us at the property at the time we asked for. They had even bought us milk and fruit and happily answered all our questions about the city and how Christmas would affect shops etc. The property was clean and tidy, no critique. Location was great as well, near the city center and right next to a tram stop so getting to and from the airport was convenient. The immediate area was peaceful and heard no noises from outside during our stay. The flat isn't the most modern, but I didn't mind and it had a charm to it. Definitely worth it!

Clean, close to attraction, outdoor area , no stairs , friendly staff ( helped with the luggage after check out)
