The room was big and very nice, comfortable bed. The location was perfect for us, close to the event we attended. The staff was very friendly, we arrived before noon and we were able to leave our luggage there and walk around until we could check in. We did the same after check-out on the day of departure, as our flight was later that night. The food was great, they have a great variety of drinks. They gave us a discount coupon.

A 5-minute walk from Richmond Park, Warren House is a stunning Victorian mansion complete with private gardens. We really liked the facilities like the gym, the pool and the garden. The breakfast was lovely as well, very tasty! The staff were so friendly and helpful.

I have booked last minute and check in was really easy. I didn’t have time to use the WiFi , So, no opinion about that. I stayed for one night. I was expecting a clean bed and a clean private bathroom and I got it. The room as two windows, tv ,tea, coffee, milk and a kattle . What I think the hotel could improve is the stairs and corridor cleaning. For this price don’t expect to get 5 stars decoration. The place is very quiet and 10 minutes walking to the center. EVERYTHING!! Excellent price, location, condition of property, comfort, proximity to my sick mother's place. Proximity to public transport to and from Heathrow Airport. Very safe. Just a lovely stay in what was not a vacation trip but a trip to help my ailing mother. Thanks Dante!

Located in Kingston upon Thames, the recently renovated Riverside 2 Bedroom Central Kingston Flat provides accommodation 6.6 km from Chessington World of Adventures and 8.4 km from Twickenham Stadium.... Very comfortable, clean apartment for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Was conveniently located with a grocery in walking distance as well as Kingston and Surbiton train stations. Kitchen was well equipped and we could cook as needed. Would highly recommend. Easy to communicate with host.
