The housekeeping replaced our poor quality toothbrushes with a better quality toothbrush; still, even that one was of mediocre quality. Please provide better toothbrushes to your guests.

I was not feeling well when I arrived so I had two meals in my room, the staff were very flexible when I asked for something that was not on the menu - they allowed me to have it. Also, I told them I was not feeling well and a young woman said she would check on me which she did, that day and the next. I felt the service was very caring.
