It is right across the street from the main train station and not far from the main square of Piazza Maggiore, about a 10 minute walk. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. It has a nice bar area and the breakfast in the morning was very good and had lots of options. Rooms very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.
