Situated in a central location with 3 stations within a 5-minute walk, Imperial Hotel Tokyo is a prestigious hotel renowned for providing first-class hospitality for over a century since 1890. Huge amount of staff, everything delivered relatively fast, staff couldn't be anymore professional. The staff was the highest point for me. Housekeeping happens twice a day which is more than most 5* hotels.

Excellent service from all the staff. We were always greeted with a smile and asked about our day. Breakfast options were excellent and delicious! Concierge was also amazing in helping us in making reservations for dinner. Only wish would be a spa in the hotel! Highly recommend and would return again :)

The Peninsula Tokyo pampers its guests with a spa centre and a fitness club with a swimming pool and sun loungers, overlooking the Imperial Palace Gardens. As expected, a lovely 'Peninsula' experience. Staff are consistently helpful, friendly and polite, and we really appreciated the late checkout offered. The room was comfortable and we especially loved the spacious bathroom.

It’s new, it’s stylish, the location is absolutely amazing. The onsen was fantastic. Our room was on the smaller side, but I will stay here again when I go back to Tokyo!

The hotel reception was very helpful and friendly. The staff member, who was from Indonesia, assisted us with check-in and made the process smooth. The lobby offered coffee and also had a beverage can exchange, which was a nice touch. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We were a family group of 14 people, and the hotel arranged for us to be on the same floor, making it easy to communicate with each other. The location is excellent—very close to Don Quijote and a convenience store, which was perfect for shopping. The best part of the room was the shower. It was multifunctional, with multiple nozzles that gave a spa-like experience and fantastic water pressure. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!
