I gave this place a 10 thanks to the incredibly friendly and accommodating host and staff. They picked me up from Seoul Station free of charge, which was a huge help after a long trip, I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of finding a taxi. On a rainy day, I also received a thoughtful message telling me where to find an umbrella. They also helped me to catch a taxi upon my departure. The room is simply decorated but includes all the essentials, and most importantly, it was very clean. There’s no view from the room, but that wasn’t an issue for me. Great location, 5 mins walk to the closest subway station and several bus stops around.

Grand Hyatt Seoul has an ice skating rink and swimming pools. The hotel is surrounded by Namsan Mountain and Han River. The service was superb. The hotel staff is very attentive from concierge, front desk to dining service, really all the way around. The outdoor pool is amazing. It gets busy during holiday time, and the hotel has divided whole day into 4 session system to manage the crowd, which seems to be quite effective. However, the pool can still get busy in the afternoon, especially during and before the weekend. The room size is smaller than usual, but you get everything you’d need. I have a teenager, a tweenager, and a smaller boy. We were able to fit in comfortably in a king-size bed room with a sofa that can be converted to an extra bed. The hotel is situated on the top of a mountain in a nice neighborhood, right above Itaewon. The view is spectacular, and I enjoyed quietness from being away from the crowd. It’s an easy taxi ride to Itaewon, Myeong-dong, Dongdaemum etc, the usual tourist area. There are many restaurants along a short hill walk from the hotel. If you want to stay, the hotel has many restaurant options and the deli can be the convenient option as well.

Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan is located on levels 27 to 40 of Seoul Dragon City complex. The room view on 36th floor was exceptional. We overseen the Seoul City and Namsan Tower. A dream! The room had Waschmaschine including dryer, very comfortable beds, kitchen including water cooker, Nespresso Maschine and Microwave. The TV had Netflix application and wide choice on TV Programms. We had sauna included which was fantastic too. The roomkeeping did great job, we got fresh towels every day, bottles of water and Nespresso capsels. Location was superbs directly connected to Yongsan station. There is Shopping mall with variety of restaurants, cafès and fashion store.

They kept my luggage for 8 hour after check out. they offered me tea when i was waiting for my taxi. they booked me taxi and also provided a discount on taxi. The hotel was Big with a lot of facilities bcz of Dragon City. The biggest electronic market and station is just 5 minutes walk away. Rooms are so well designed, and feel spacious. breakfast was amazing with some unique options. i Loved this hotel, as i stayed in Shilla Lotte city and lotte, rolling hills, Sheraton nad NOVOTEL was by far better than all in every way except rolling hills facilities as its not hotel its resort.
