The room was clean, breakfast was nice and buffet with multiple options but mostly eggs. The cleaning service is really nice and they clean the rooms everyday. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the elevator worked during all my stay.

This 4-star hotel is located in Mexico City in the Escandon district. It offers an on-site restaurant and bar, free Wi-Fi, and breakfast. The room is really fresh and clean. For me in hotel luxury bathrooms are really important. And here was exactly modern bathroom. We really enjoyed the mirror in front of the bed :) personal recommendation for couples. Free coffee from machine in the reception floor, coffee machine in the room, tea, sugar, everything was in the room. Nice fitness centre with beautiful view. Hot Breakfast was good also but there was no fresh vegetables, just fruits. Orange juice was fresh. We Recommend to try antigripal juice there on the breakfast. Cappuccino for additional cost but Americano and tea for free. The design of the hotel also nice, they have locations for pictures. There is also cold and hot water on the each floor. Excellent. Regarding parking we found the parking place in front of the hotel.

The staff was quick in solving our problem (They charged us 500 pesos cash in advance when we did our check in, they said that it was a security deposit in case we damaged the room. So we paid it and when we came into the room the blinds were not clean and one of them appeared to have been cut through a little bit on the center). Anyways, we had to speak to the front desk staff then to the "in site" manager and finally to another manager by phone After 30 minutes they moved us to another room.
