Hotel Shanker-Palatial Heritage Kathmandu is located in Kathmandu, next to Narayanhiti Palace Museum. The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool and spa. As I had some digesting problems (not caused from Shanker), I was veeeeery happy indeed, that there was the possibility of late checkout at 3 pm. This was imminent for my further travel. At 3 pm, when I had placed my suitcase in front of the door from my room, I had again the need of an emergency visit of the toilet. I was very thankful, that this was the last time for the next 24 hours on my way back home to Germany. Within this late checkout option, I really would have big problems on my way home. Thank you again soooooo much.

Beautiful gardens and pool. Clean and safe. Breakfast is excellent. We had dinner in the gardens with our trekking team the last night, the waiter was just class, very sensitive!
