At this hotel, you will come across an honorable young man Mr. Faiq, at the reception desk. He is amazing and full of knowledge re. local area and events. He has nice hair. :). On a serious note I extended my original stay at this hotel solely due to Faiq and his hospitality and that of his colleagues. I have traveled to various countries and stayed at hundreds of hotel yet this place is the hidden gem I will definitely return to. The food here is amazing and room service is available 24 hours daily. I usually never leave reviews and this is my first review on booking. I hope the management sees this and continues to utilize Faiq and I would encourage them to consider promoting him to management position for Faiq’s hospitality skills, generosity and well-mannered behavior is rare in the hotel/hospitality business.

Me and my husband we had an amazing stay here, we booked it for 3 nights and we added 2 more just because we were feeling cozy here The staff were so nice, all of them, so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much, we will def book it again if we come back again to Islamabad ♥ The room was clean and teddy I love that the TV had some channels in english It was cold outside so we are glad that the hot water was working nicely Thank you Reina family for the stay ☺ Ps : we loved the chai 😋
