Attractively located in the Santa Maria Maior district of Lisbon, Pousada Alfama is located a 13-minute walk from Commerce Square, 600 yards from St. Our stay was great. The room was clean, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, with the option of a glass of prosecco :) We also appreciated the coffee option, which is available 24 hours a day and was delicious. In the evening we also ordered a glass of wine and it was the best wine we drank. The hotel is in the hills of Alfama, but it didn't matter at all, it was nice to walk back through the streets and listen to Fado from the restaurants and in the rainy moments we used Bolt

From the moment we arrived and to the moment we left, the staff was so kind, treated us so warmly and took care of every single detail of our stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean, cozy and very well mantained. Location is a 10+++. They provided coffee, tea and snacks every day which is a really lovely detail that I have not experienced until now at no hotel or place where I have stayed. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Very tasty, everything was fresh and presented into such a beautiful way to us. Bottled natural juice, this is what I call attention payed to details. A big Thank you to the whole staff!

Close to EVERYTHING. 5/15/20 minutes, by foot to everywhere.. loved the location. The staff was super amazingly. The mattress and pillow were confortable.
