This was our fourth stay at a Paligroup hotel, having stayed in San Francisco, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Santa Barbara, and finally Los Angeles. As expected, the experience at Palihotel Westwood Village was consistently wonderful. The hotel embodies a mix of mid-century modern with Parisian eclecticism, all set in a delightful historic building that was once home to Westwood Village’s first-ever hotel from 1939. It’s undoubtedly the most stylish, design-forward hotel in Westwood Village. It’s evident that Avi Brosh, the owner, oversees nearly every detail from development to operations and design. The attention to creating spaces that are both stylish and comfortable really enhances the guest experience.

Plaza La Reina is located in Westwood Village, close to Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. This hotel offers guest rooms with free WiFi, international and domestic calls and valet parking. This was an absolutely awesome hotel. We LOVED it and miss it now we’re at another hotel.

The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly particularly Mya who looked after us at the front desk. The breakfast was an added bonus and had a nice selection. I enjoyed the turkey bacon and eggs, fresh fruit, juices, tea, chocolate muffins and bagels with cream cheese and jam. We chose the location to be close to Santa Monica beach and the surrounding area felt safe. Also being close to the freeway made it quick to get around via Uber. Also loved being on the second floor which opened onto the break out area where the Breakfast buffet is served.

Located at the adjacent to UCLA and adjacent to Beverly Hills, the W Los Angeles - West Beverly Hills is a luxury boutique hotel that is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the world-renowned... the staff. most hotel rooms fit the bill, but room-wise, the W West Bev is marvelous for the price. the HUGE difference is the quality of EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER we encountered. THEY know what real hospitality is. we are a couple of old gay men (68; 76) and after a less than marvelous RECEPTION/stay at a similar hilton property in portland, OR, JUST THREE WEEKS AGO, we both marveled at how delightful the people were at this W location, universally. one refused to take a well-deserved tip for exceptional service, but finally did on my strong insistance. to me, a beacon of the fine training EVERYONE here must get in making ALL guests, even geriatric gay guys, feel so wonderfully welcome. kudos from TOP to BOTTOM... ALL valet, bellman (DJ), the two front desk guys who made a short room-available time wait enjoyable when we arrived a little early... the glorious woman who delivered our take-out food from UBER EATS/Din Tai Fung... and declined a nice gratuity until i insisted... kudos all around, and we look forward to our next visit, even when it'll probably be UCLA Hospital-related... something to look forward to: the best thing a hotel can provide.

We stayed for 7 days and extended an extra day , our stay was perfect! Great location near restaurants and 7 eleven, many parking options ( paid and free) and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Rooms are clean , equipped with everything you need , cleaning service is available and great too , Staff is super friendly especially the night shift there’s this guy i forgot his name he is African American with curly hair , he was super friendly and nice , he helped us with check in , parking and the facilities in general. Other staff are great too. highly recommended and the price is very reasonable. we would definitely come back when we are back in LA.
