I was pretty tired and shivering from the cold when i arrived at the hotel because of the unusual heavy rain and the flood. I was like a wet rat. However the staffs made us feel so welcomed, comfortable and warm from checkin to my room. The room was spacious and clean. I was feeling so safe. I loved the power shower, the bath products (smells so good), the powerful hair dryer and the mattress. Location also perfect. Many nice restaurants. The gym was small but wasn’t busy. I will miss Hilton club the Quin NY. I’ll stay here again.

The apartment was big, clean, and comfortable. Especially bathrooms and beds. The gym was better than the more expensive hotel we stayed in last time. The location was perfect. The staff was beyond pleasant.
