I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Overall we had a great time staying here for our 4-day trip in New York. The location of the hotel is very strategic, it's very near to subway stations and many attractions are just within walking distance. The front desk service was superb, everyone was very friendly and eager to help. We would like to specially thank our front desk Khaoula for allowing us to check in early. We were very tired when we reached the hotel in the morning after a long flight from San Francisco and her kind gesture had left us a good first impression of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we visit New York.

Arlo NoMad is 644 metres from Madison Square Park, 322 metres from the Empire State Building and 805 metres from Herald Square. When we checked out, I left my wallet in the safe. Due to my poor memory, I don't remember the incident at all and thought the wallet was stolen. Two or three days later, the hotel staff found our wallet and contacted us immediately, and when we returned to New York, the wallet was successfully retrieved. Thank you to all the staff in the hotel for your professional service.

Find your balance in NoMad. Experience sanctuary and scene at The James New York – NoMad, located on the corner of 29th Street and Madison Avenue. Perfekt location in a nice neighbourhood. A “Wholefood” store befind the hotel. We enjoyed the “Wine-hour” . It was a great break and there was wonderfull musical entertainment. My son got sick during our stay and the wonderfull ladys, who keept our room nice and clean, was so nice to us and provided what we needed. The staff at the reception was kind and helpfull., and the guys and the entrance made us feel that we “came home” everytime we walked through the front door.
