Staff were Amazing!!! Location was the best and the 2nd floor lounge with breakfast was also a really nice touch. Will be back when we return to NYC

The location was perfect; it's very close to Central Park, Times Square, multiple subway lines, great restaurants, and a good supermarket. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary day passes to a local gym (Crunch), which is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Featuring a terrace, a restaurant as well as a bar, CIVILIAN Hotel is located in the center of New York, a 6-minute walk from Times Square. The facilities are very beautiful, the staff is super nice. Although the room is small, we found it perfectly acceptable size wise, not too small at all. It is an aesthetic pleasing room, it was clean (they replace the towel and sheets every 3 days). We loved it and couldn’t recommend it enough!

What a wonderful hotel. Amazing location, amazing staff, very clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Even 3 bars at the hotel with amazing and very friendly staff. Will be coming again for sure. My son forgot his teddy bear when we left, but staff found it and waited for almost a month to give it to my friend that picked it up. Thank you to all of you!
