The staff, location, ad overall cleanliness of the Zags hotel exceeded our expectations. Staying in this area made everything extremely accessible, such as restaurants, public transportation, etc.

The location was great. The restaurants and cafes are close to the hotel. Also, the staff were kind, especially front desk staff. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfy.

Ideally located in the centre of Portland, Hyatt Centric Downtown Portland offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. Beautiful hotel. Great staff. We parked in the lot across the street and had our back window busted open and items stolen. Glass all over lot from other vehicles as well. I alerted hotel to let people know to avoid parking anywhere in that area. There are still boarded up areas and human feces on the sidewalks. I feel safer in 3rd world countries. Portland has turned into a dump!
