Built high atop Ghirardelli Square with San Francisco Bay views, this urban San Francisco resort features luxurious apartments with free WiFi and fully equipped gourmet kitchens. i stayed in the hotel with my family durning our summar vacation and I was so glad i stayed in the hotel. the hotel, the plaza, and the location are exceptional. everything is within walking distance especially the fishermen wharf. my kids loved the plaza and the chocolate factory. it is safe to stay with your family. if we are going to visit SF next year, we will have the hotel to be in our plan.

This downtown San Francisco hotel is a 4-minute walk from Fisherman’s Wharf. A modern gym and spacious rooms with cable TV are offered. The front receptionist was amazing. Bainny sent above and beyond to help me. She even maintained her professional demeanor while dealing with two difficult customers. Even in the morning, the person who helped me was amazing. I will be staying here every time we come. I look forward to going to the Holiday Inn Express in other cities because the customer service was beyond my expectations.
