This unique rock n’ roll hotel is located in San Francisco’s Tenderloin District and is 10 minutes’ walk from the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. We were Immediately welcomed by Orlando who was the best! So friendly and accommodating. Great parking option, with good surveillance for a small fee. With In walking distance of the Bill Graham venue. Courtyard, pool area very cute- comfy lounge vibes. Room was very clean, with comfy beds! Easy entry for guests and yummy complimentary treats in the lobby. Staff was extremely personable, gave great recommendations of the area and made our stay so pleasant! Would definitely stay again! Above and beyond customer service :)

In a prime location in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco, Bay Hotel is located a 12-minute walk from Union Square, 0.9 miles from Moscone Center and 1.8 miles from Oracle Park. I loved the friendly staff at the front desk and the freedom to use hotel key card to enter the building. I especially loved the cleaning staff who accommodated me with towels, trash and helped me return iron and ironing board.
