Located in the historic North Beach District of San Francisco, Europa Hotel is 20 minutes’ walk from Fisherman's Wharf, 17 minutes’ walk from Union Square and 5 minutes’ from the landmark Transamerica... The location is great. Near downtown, little italy, chinatown, the embarcadero, and the fisherman’s wharf. An easy train or bus ride away from tje golden gate bridge and the golden gate park. The rooms are clean and so are the restrooms. Our room had a microwave, sink, and minifridge even though it was one of the shared restroom rooms. Staff are helpful!

Well set in the North Beach district of San Francisco, Entella Hotel is located less than 1 km from Ghirardelli Square, a 14-minute walk from Pier 39 and 800 metres from Coit Tower. You get what you pay for. Accomodation is half hotel rooms and half social housing. Room was ok, it has a sink for hand washing and brushing teeth. There was also a fridge and microwave which helped with storing food and microwaving meals. The staff at the desk were very nice and answered every question I had. They allowed me to store my bags there after checkout the day I left. Area is very central with a cable car stop 2 metres away from the door. 10 min walk to fisherman's wharf and plenty of amenities within walking distance.

Classic hostel next to Chinatown and North Beach. The staff is very friendly and there is laundry on site. Highly recommended!

Ideally situated in the North Beach district of San Francisco, SF Travelers Inn is situated 700 metres from Coit Tower, 1.4 km from Union Square and 1.5 km from Pier 39. Do NOT stay here – horrible experience This place is absolutely disgusting. It's located in the heart of a homeless area, and it feels unsafe the moment you arrive. Shared bathrooms and showers were filthy, the door wouldn't close properly, and there was an open window letting in noise and cold. Every time I left the building, there was a homeless person sitting at the entrance. To make things worse, there’s a disturbing sex club right next door. Avoid this place at all costs – it's dirty, unsafe, and completely misrepresented online.
