Great small hotel in the center of happening places. Open right next to the tourist tram ride. Subway station also right next door. Very nice staff.

Great location near union square & bus /metro/trolley stop Didn’t felt unsafe in the surroundings at any moment Great hotel vibe & decor, the staff was super friendly and allowed us a (verryyyy) late check in! The hotel does not have a full breakfast but serves coffee & pastries in the morning which was a great surprise. Thanks to the late night staff that gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite after a >50h train ride to get to SF :)

Perfect location, very pleasant and clean room! Our bad was a bit too soft for us, but still comfortable. Breakfast was included and decent enough. There is a good choice of coffee and tee and also complementary wine every evening! Our host was amazing!! he made our stay in the city even better, gave us some tips for a nice trip and restaurants and was very friendly! will stay there again for sure.
