Situated in the residential area of Carrasco, this seafront hotel offers rooms with a flat-screen TV and panoramic views of the South Atlantic Ocean. Facilities include an outdoor pool. Check in staff really competent and pleasant. Spoke English too which helped. Room was excellent this time as we were given a free upgrade to a suite of rooms. We had stayed earlier the week before and three years ago. Each time had no complaints. A really safe comfortable hotel which we would stay in again. Breakfasts were very varied and excellent each day. Bar meals and dinners were again very well cooked and served. Bar staff were always on hand and proficient.

The apartment is in a still and safe neighborhood, not near the city centre, It more near the airport. The apartment it self is on the first floor of a complex and safe. There is a lift or staircase you can use. The room is big and comfortable with a little fridge inside and a separate bathroom. The entire apartment is available to use, but as the owner also stay in the same apartment, I only use the kitchen and my part of the apartment. Parking is available in front of the building as street parking, and I believe safe.

Just 400 metres from Roosevelt Park, Faros de Carrasco Apartments is located in Montevideo. WiFi is available free of charge in each self-catering accommodation. Simple tidy apartment with all the basics. Good location if you want to be on the east side of Montevideo, or close to the airport. Nice to have two full bathrooms. Convenient 24hr security guard service and internal parking. Nice to have a pool, gym and rooftop barbecue area.
