The room was clean and ideal for our family stay. The food and beverage options were excellent for families and well set up for kids. We received great service from the food and beverage staff. And particularly from Annie (front desk) who went over and above for our complicated two room booking. She did this whilst remaining professional admist a frosty front desk co-worker.

Very comfortable bed with good free wifi. We loved the fact that we got to stay in a real castle. It was fun to take a walk around the park grounds at night. The farm animals were cute and we were even brave enough to enter the torture chamber. It was great value for money and we think families with kids would love it.

We love all the family friendly facilities here. The playroom off the bar, the enclosed park, the kids meals and the fact under 6 weren’t charged for the buffet meals, the rooms with extra fold out bed etc were all amazing. All the staff were so friendly.

Enough beds for a family with lots of kids. The kids enjoyed bunking together. The castle itself was fun to explore both at night and during the day.

This was a home away from home. Very cosy and comfy. There were so many little extras which made our stay even more comfy. Examples are milk, tea, coffee, milo. Then in the bathroom, there were toiletries and bubble bath. The towels smelt devine. This home is very family friendly with a high chair and a baby bath too. A beautifully set up home focused on compfort. The gas log fireplace added to the relaxation too. We will be back. Thank you
