It has been my second stay here. I am a big fan really. As I wrote before, although its not a "luxury hotel" per se, it is probably the most comfortable place I've ever stayed. The rooms are designed so conveniently and they had everything I need. The public space is cosy and relaxing. But above all, the staff really goes for the extra mile to make sure you have a good stay. My compliments and thank you.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Genève. The staff was really kind and we got a room upgrade which was amazing since we had more space. The apartment was super spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. The hotel staff is also very kind and they left attentions such as delicious snacks and special tea selection in the room. The apartment is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. the location is perfect - very centrally located and within walking distance from almost anything. We really loved it and would recommend.
