The hotel is very well equipped and maintained. New furniture, very clean, easy self check-in. We had coffee, tea and biscuits in the room every day. The room is very spacious, comfortable mattress and pillows. Also, location was great: in the heart of the city, very close to the beach and to the Saint Lazarus church. Delicious à la carte breakfast at a nearby restaurant with many options to choose from. Very helpful and welcoming staff. I would say it's rather a three-star hotel at least.

Location is good because all restaurants, beach and entertainments are in easy access (10 minutes walking). Room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is great - good choice of bread and pastries, hot meals (eggs, sausages, vegetables), coffee and good quality juices.

Really nice hotel basically brand new. Lovely girl on reception had her name written down but lost the paper but she was great always ready to help and hotel operations manager who mad my birthday really special thank you. Breakfast great with lots of choices great staff ready to help at any time.

Let’s start with the host – so kind, available throughout our entire stay at any hour (we even contacted her very late at night), and we always received an immediate response to every request. Every request was met with a “yes” and a smile. The suite, with the two rooms and sea view, offers everything a family with children could need – including a luxurious Jacuzzi in the shared bathroom. We also stayed in the suite with a fireplace and an in-room spa – an exceptionally pampering experience! The rooms are cleaned daily, which is not something to take for granted in vacation apartments. On the rooftop, there’s a Jacuzzi and a dry sauna, along with everything you might need: towels, sunscreen, board games, and more. There’s even a grill available for barbecues! One of the best value-for-money places we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, great location, came in on the intercity bus from ayia napa which dropped us right outside. 10 mins into Larnaca centre on local bus.
