If you're using the MB tunnel, this is the perfect location. We travelled with two dogs and loved that the property is fenced, so we could let them out before bed. The room was perfect for a short stay. Super clean and comfy with modern fittings. The kitchenette also had everything you needed.

Perfect location! Spacious, clean modern apartment in a beautifully old tower-feel building. There are a lot of stairs to get here so be mindful. Didn't bother us though. The host was exceptionally friendly and met us at checkin and checkout which was a nice touch.

The apartment was cozy and had everything you needed. Laurent also had taken the time to put together a folder with lots of information about the apartment (e.g. how to operate the appliances, where you can find nearby cafes and restaurants) along with suggestions for things to do around Annecy. The location was perfect and made it easy to access all the old town has to offer. From the time of booking Laurent was very prompt with responding to any questions and also provided comprehensive instructions on how to find the apartment and the car park space.

The apartment was spacious, bright and warm. The balcony gave us some super views of the lake and the mountains. The kitchen is the best equipped one that I have encountered on our many travels. It would have been great for a longer stay.
