Hosts were really quick to answer any questions we had before arrival and so easy to use. Door code was sent on the arrival day and made it really simple. House was really nice, accommodated our group perfectly and toiletries/dishwasher tablets etc being provided was fantastic - meant we could travel light. Location perfect with bus stop and shops/fast food places within a 10min walk - smaller supermarket closer that that. House well equipped and had everything we needed.
Security deposit held and returned within 24hrs of departure.

Location was excellent and the apartment had amazing views of the city. A telescope in the room enabled even more detailed viewing ! Desi, the host, was very friendly and helpful. Facilities in the room went over and above what was expected ie, bathrobes and slippers, hair dryer and straighteners, and a mini fridge with a complimentary beer and water! All this added to the experience. Breakfast was plentiful and a good range of food provided. I would definitely recommend this property as a base to explore Belfast from.

Beautiful, clean and modern facilities in a very upmarket area of North Belfast. My room was great and the hosts were super-friendly and super-helpful. They live on-site which is reassuring. Central Belfast as well as the Titanic Quarter are less than a ten minute drive, so if you don’t have a car, use the bus or get a taxi or Uber.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Very family friendly. Has a play room beside reception my 3yo loved. Rooms were perfect and comfortable. We ate in bar was lovely staff great and colouring for the kids. Late check out when signed up to rewards hotel thing so no pressure next morning to be ready early. Breakfast was fab. Would def return.
Spacious house with lots of facilities to use from the host for a family with children. The separate room was an added bonus with a Pool table. Chess board, pack of cards, golf set, gym weights the kids throughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend we will be returning in the future.🙂
We recently stayed at The Warren Belfast and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, being close to the botanical gardens and within walking distance of some great restaurants. It’s perfect for travelling with small children, offering convenience and ease.
One of the best aspects was that guests are left to themselves, providing a sense of privacy and independence.
Overall, I highly recommend The Warren Belfast for its great location and family-friendly environment.
Perfect place for me and the family to relax and stay for the night. Really nicely finished property and handy for getting about. Had thought of everything, was even a step in the bathroom cupboard for my toddler to use. Very family friendly
John's place is very welcoming, a real home in Belfast, with bars and good restaurants nearby, very close to Ormeau Park and other local attractions. Super equipped and functional kitchen, certainly a great place to prepare a good dinner. The super family-friendly neighborhood gives a pleasant feeling of security. It's definitely worth it, I would stay again.
Lovely property in a great location. Access to the farm was wonderful bonus. Coffee machine , biscuits , milk from the farm was left - amazing treats . Would recommend to anyone and especially families as toys provided , blankets to wrap up in. There were amazing walks to do in the evening and sheepdogs around the property for children to play with. Loads of memorable moments for the kids - would explain why we have stayed three times in the past year 😃
It was close to everything in Belfast’s city centre. The staff were amazing and the hotel is child friendly. Can’t really ask for more on a family stay.
Great apartment for families with small children. Convenient location to the city. Shops near by. The enclosed terrace was a major plus for the children.
