Good location. Friendly staff. Nice food in the restaurant. The bathroom in our room was kept very clean which was nice. Good value on Booking.com. Booking direct with the pub would have cost me £525 for the 4 nights. On Booking.com it was £345 for the same 4 nights so very good value.

We visited around the same time last year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This time around, we only enjoyed certain aspects of our stay. The floors were beautiful, the location was excellent, and the breakfast hamper was a lovely touch. The apartment is conveniently located just a short walk to the tram, making trips to Manchester easy, and the allocated private parking space was a great bonus.
While the overall cleanliness was acceptable, the bathrooms stood out as being particularly spotless and well-maintained.

We used the eagle and child as we were attending a function close to.
On our arrival we where shown to our room (tawny owl) the room was superbly layed out and had everything you would require. The bathroom was extremely clean and well appointed
There was lots of little touches to enjoy like plenty coffee and tea with milk provided via a in room fridge

Family wedding and limited selection of hotels nearby. However, an extremely vibrant, modern hotel
Receptionist on arrival was excellent (sorry, didn’t get her name) …….. most helpful and efficient
Bedroom and bathroom spacious
Housekeeping staff happy to oblige any requests promptly
Breakfast good
Pool great for entertaining small children on what was going to be a long day ahead!
Travelled here to visit family over the Easter weekend. 1 adult & 2 children. Room was huge & Very family friendly! Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely & clean hotel/room. Pool was fantastic and the kids really enjoyed it. We Had breakfast on our 2nd morning there and it was lovely. Overall a fantastic stay and hoping to book for the summer.
Brilliant stay for me and my family, we loved the hotel, food, swimming and our room. Only thing we paid for a child’s breakfast but she only ate cereal. Wish I said at the time but didn’t realise how expensive a child’s breakfast was especially when only eating one box of cereal. Maybe a reduction of child’s breakfast in price.
