Nearby Barley with it's beautiful picnic area and streams is ideal for families and both the Sculpture Trail and Pendle Hill can be accessed from this idyllic hamlet. Having shared use of the hotel garden with one other room was an added bonus. The delightful tea station and tasty biscuits were a warm welcome. The variety of leaflets on local activities and the thoughtful walk suggestions added great value. Notably, the nature-themed bedroom was a hit with the kids, making them feel like they were sleeping in a magical forest. We loved it so much that we have booked for 2 nights in February to celebrate my birthday. The house is very spacious, the master bedroom is huge and bed is absolutely massive! My daughter and neice both loved their cosy rooms and slept in the longest they've ever slept!
