I've stayed at this hotel many times, so have seen it changed over the years. The location is great and the fools available in the restaurant is good. We were able to get extra tea and coffee which was definitely needed.

The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, and the size was just right. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was typically a traditional English one, which we enjoyed!

Kesgrave Hall is a wonderful experience, an oasis hidden away on the edge of Ipswich. It’s an old building that has been tastefully modernized and is very comfortable. Excellent dinner and lunch menus accompany a delicious breakfast for guests, and it sits in beautiful grounds that you can stroll around. Well worth the stay!

Convenient location. Comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Pleasant bar lounge area.
As families grow in size, their vacation needs grow with them. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater to all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. You can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, game rooms, fitness centers, and pool areas where children can play and parents can relax.
Great family room, comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful, reception staff gave info to us about local pool as we had expected pool but closed, and places to eat. Reception staff brought up a jug of water later in the evening as i was travelling alone with two young children.
The family rooms no longer have bunk beds but instead have a separated twin bed area which is brilliant to put the children to bed and still be able to watch tv etc without disturbing them
Wow! An absolutely beautiful, well equipped house. Extremely well priced, Immaculately clean and all new furnishings- bedding and towels were superb. Plenty of room for a family of 4. The food parcel was a lovely touch as were the children’s books. Thank you
Very cozy and spotless clean apartment. Spacious living room and kitchen for whole family to enjoy the meal. Lovely bedroom as well. Parking is right in front of the flat and always easy to get a free spot. Highly recommend to stay in for family vacations.
Property was easy to find just off the A14. The restaurant area had a little section with toys and books, lots of different things to keep kids entertained. They also had a mini freezer by the door for guests to get an ice lolly and also had sweets on the reception desk. Staff were really friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was nice, whilst I like a warm plate for my food the plate warmer was absolutely scalding and was really hard to get the plate out. Not ideal with little children.
