Room was clean, nice size, looks like it had recently been refurbished. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet through the night. Hair Dryer, iron and coffee facilities in the room . Bathroom was very spacious and nice fresh towels provided. Pub below served food and had seating outside in the sunshine. Very family friendly.

The Supervisor Barbara was most helpful, we were in area for a family funeral and our Sat Nav was not finding the address as the crematorium was new. She patiently gave me directions and paper and pen to write them down. Another recepionist memember of staff helped me get WiFi connection too. The Pool & Spa facilities were really welcome at such a stressful time.

Lovely and clean . The beds were amazingly comfortable. The towels were very absorbant. Rooms were warm with heating and cooling options. Coffee was lovely . 12 o'clock check out was lovely. The staff were nice , especially one guy who was lovely to my kids and even pushed the baby round in the pram for me. He was very helpful and funny 😁

The location was perfect for having days out at the seaside on our minibreak, we went to Redcar, Whitby and Scarborough. We also attended a family friends funeral which was only 6 minutes away. It was a lovely quiet apartment block, it felt like being at home. It also had everything you might like to buy within a couple of minutes walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book it again.

The location was perfect. Family funeral and growing up in Acklam it was good to be back home. The staff were very helpful and working had. Dinner it the restaurant was better than expected and very good value. Breakfast was okay. Decaffeinated coffee would be a welcome addition. Otherwise no problems

This was a good sized property, in a quiet location near the town centre. The property was spotless and clean. It had shampoo, soap and body wash in the bathroom and washing liquid in the well equipt kitchen. Meaning you could just turn up and stay without having to bring everything. When we needed to ask the owner a question he was very helpful and polite. We are a family of 4 (kids aged 7 & 10) this property was ideal for our needs. We would definitely stay again.
