A lovely stay at El Tabora! Colin was the most accommodating host and made us feel very welcome providing us with a delicious breakfast each morning as well as offering great suggestions for where to visit and explore on the island. The rooms were clean and the guesthouse is very close to the bus stop which is ideal, I would definitely stay there again if visiting Guernsey.

The manager and several of reception staff were very pleasant. Our booking and billing requests were handled well.
Our slightly complicated booking was handled smoothly and competently.
Quiet, no children. Beautiful reception rooms.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Friendly and helpful staff with amazing facilities for both families and couples looking to stay close to the port. Well furnished and stocked apartment with all the amenities you would expect and more for a self catering apartment. Also got some Guernsey milk upon arrival which was a lovely gesture. Would hapilly stay here again.
The location was very good - we liked the sea view. The breakfast was placed in a basket next to our door every morning, really good breakfast. I never saw the staff but my family tells me they were friendly and helpful.
First time we’ve actually stayed, visited many times for lunch /supper with family on the island, my aunt remembers the main building as a private house and before it became La Favourita!!!!
Fabulous restaurant, even had a surprise lobster supper which the staff helped my husband organise, what a treat!!!
Great place for a family stay with 3 children. Staff was accommodating when weather changed our plans several times. Restaurants on site were nice and kid friendly, the cinema and indoor pool were welcome on a rainy day.
It's a relatively normal funky older European hotel, well kept. The food was excellent, though dinner might have been a bit more pricy than we planned. Breakfast was cheerful and plentiful. If you opted for the "continental" it would have been fast as it was already set up in the corner of a cheerful sunroom. They were very accommodating to plane delays. The kids loved the pool. Service was wonderful. It was fun watching the ferry come into the harbor from our room at the top of the hill.
Great location. Everything you needed for a family of four in a two bedroom apartment. The pool was great and the garden area with kids play equipment. Easy walk to St Peter Port, Waitrose a ten minute walk and a bus stop around the corner.
