Space inside flat for an adaptive pushchair/wheelchair and also space in lobby to move through. Within walking distance to all facilities - if you like walking. Cancelled with my consent. No refund given. Stood up family of 6 including a 3 months baby. Manager of Gabriel's Cottage continuously rejected calls and refused to make a return phone call on request by guest. Simply just unprofessional setup and criminal for short. The lovely Owner went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed, including cot, high chair, stair gate and kids bowls for the baby. It was a nice big room with a small entrance hall so could leave pram out of the way. The location of this hotel is what always brings us to it , to be honest as it's such a great prime spot for everything. This time we returned with our 6 month old baby and was thrilled to even have a travel cot and high chair provided.
