Located in Southampton city centre, this inn was built in the 19th century. It is now a contemporary hotel offering free Wi-Fi access.

Lots provided in the well maintained, comfortable room: even a dressing gown, face cloth, toothbrush etc. Staff were lovely, even though they were very busy. Menu not huge but the food was lovely.

Didn’t fancy another hotel so the yacht was a different option. While not as comfortable as a hotel room - ie ceiling in bedroom is as low as you’d expect on a boat - the change was exciting.

Absolutely fantastic time, very relaxing and great facilities. We had a small issue with a faulty power cable to the boat as sometimes these things happen. Steve and crew were on hand immediately to resolve the issue. Great service from the staff, and on hand to help at a moments notice, we would definitely recommend Thanks for a great Easter weekend guys 👍

    My daughter, and family stayed at the hotel and reported back that the accommodation and all staff are outstanding. They had an evening meal and breakfast which were excellent. The swimming pool was spotlessly clean and good fun. The kids playroom is a nice touch and went down well. Planning another visit later in the year.

    It's just a nice place to be. Plenty of families and young children for ours to play with. There is a quiter room next to the sports bar with sofas and tables that is nice for the kids to play in. Good choice for breakfast, but the sausages are not the best.

    The hotel is very stylish and well located. Only 15 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk from the coach station. We had a wonderful time and the staff were welcoming, professional and helpful, especially in the restaurant area, as well as the cleaning staff. We loved that the hotel is family friendly as we are a couple with a 3 years old toddler who kept running around everywhere. But the staff were so friendly with him.

    We had an excellent stay as a family with our 2 years old child. The staff was very kind, offering a teddy bear for our child. They wrote a Christmas card and provided a chocolate box. The café bar in the room was very generous. We stayed in a spacious family room, and the hotel was decorated for Christmas. The breakfast was of high quality. The spa facilities were clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    First of all, the hotel accepts booking.com wallet which is great. Very friendly reception staff, we were greeted with a peppa pig colouring pack for our toddler. We had a deluxe room (family) and it was spacious, clean and over all good. Poor area great addition, children’s pool times adequate. Staff cleaned our room when we were out and it was spotless on return. It took us around 25 minutes to get to peppa pig world.

    absolute beautiful an well kept property.. very spacious, very comfortable, clean an very child friendly. the property owner Nino was fantastic to deal with. the location was perfect for our trips to peppa pig world, legoland an longleat safari.. we touched lucky for this house an I highly recommend this property for any family with young kids ..
