We paid for a meal in the dining room, the portions were enormous and none of us could finish the food, including our teenage boys which is quite a feat. The rooms were really nice.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The room was spacious and spotless with very comfortable beds. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and quiet with a really nice river walk. The food was lovely, with a good choice at breakfast. In particular the staff couldn't do enough for us. They were excellent going above and beyond, especially with our small children who were spoilt by Maggie and Josephine! Would definitely recommend for families.
Staff were great mostly. Reception staff were super friendly. The pet farm is lovely. Great welcome for the children. Super kids club. The girls loved it. Lovely pool. Great location close to the city. Good choice for breakfast. Room was lovely and spacious.
Absolutely fantastic and far beyond our expectations in terms of facilities, things to do and every single member of staff were so friendly, professional and went out of their way to make us and the kids feel welcome. Would highly recommend it for families with young kids. The little pet farm is so cute and a beautiful relaxing walk. Location is very near Bunratty Castle and so many other tourist spots. We look forward to planning our next trip and will make use of the pool and the kids club next time!
This was such a lovely place to stay, very comfortable, beautiful surroundings, and the host family was very kind and welcoming! My kids love Derry the host families dog!
Family friendly hotel with lovely surroundings. Great staff especially Josephine and Maggie. They make the hotel. So friendly and helpful. Both are such an asset. Food in bar good. Good leisure centre. Kids love it here.

We loved the pool, pet farm and Kids Club. They had dinner for the children at the Kids Club which was so unexpected but appreciated as my child really wanted to play with the friends she met.
Very child friendly. Breakfast was really nice as well.
