I had a very bad experience at Grand Shalimar Hotel. I was told to wait at check-in and no one helped me for nearly 30 minutes. There were major issues no electricity or water for almost an hours, breakfast was a complete mess, and there were no pressing services available. The whole stay was stressful and upsetting. I felt like crying from frustration. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was fine, some areas of were need cleaning e.g. carpet. The staff at reception really need training as they told me that foreigner not allowed here, I wonder where will foreigner go if by chance he visits multan? Then i have to explain my citizenship to staff. Overall stay was fine breakfast was just ok, location is very convenient, walking distance to mall of multan and metro station.
