Susan the host was extremely friendly and helpful, we felt totally safe there, I loved the birds singing in the morning. The hotel is located in the area near the airport, 20 min away from the city center. Nice beach. The room is spacious with nice view but there are really ugly buildings next to it. Nice pool area.

Had a great 1 night stay here. We came here to relax and unwind..It's close to the mall so we did some shopping first and then enjoyes the pool and relaxing in the room. Breakfast buffet didnt have any soups but it was still a good selection of fruits and waffles.

It's markets itself as an upscale hotel, and it is 100% not that. Stayed in the Fairmont for the first half of the trip and its head over heels better than la concha.. don't be fooled by the photos. This place needs a big face lift!

Incredible staff .. all of them .. from the lounge like Adriana, the front desk like Ana B, Gabriel, Michael, Alejandro, Veronica, and the spa .. Christian magicking my lunch in a way no one else could .. so many .. you’ll feel at home and then some. Watching the pelicans catch fish masterfully and gracefully as the sun sets ..

the staff was great from our arrival, especially when it came to changing rooms due to a stale odor upon entrance to our room. They changed us to another room that smelled like a retirement home but after a long travel, I sprayed my perfume around the place and turned on my portable fan to air the room out. Overall the room had good amenities for what we needed. The breakfast was really good but because we came down early we missed out on the omelet station that looked really good. They offer a shuttle bus that took us to a nearby beach, it's fantastic! Restaurants are within walking distance.
