Perfect location for UT. Liked the room and facilities even though unusual layout with bathroom as you enter but this wasn’t an issue for us. Could have done with more drawer space and towels were not great. Record player cool touch but as others have said May be more useful to have a fridge. Pool was fab and spent many hours poolside and at the rooftop bar. Biggest issue we had was with noise. Some to be expected from road but on one night there was music blaring until 4am. Desk claimed to be unaware. Would request a room away from the front entrance if I stayed again as could hear the music played into the street. Overall a great - if pricey - stay.

Great location and a really well appointed room. The room included a seating area as well as as a desk which doubles as a divider so it was a well designed space

    Good location for downtown - staff could not have been more helpful - Allan greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very well looked after. We stayed here the night before we were joining our family just outside Austin. It was ideal and also close to Austin visitor centre where we booked the “duck” tour from.

    Room was very quiet, clean and well equipped. Location is excellent, only a block away from convention center and walkable distance from many restaurants. The staff was very polite, they let us extend check out by 30 minutes. We traveled with a baby so they provided us with a crib.

    Hole in the wall of room like it was punched at Paid to upgrade to deluxe room what a joke dirty microwave balanced precariously on top of a fridge which had broken shelf and yellow water at base .. hate to think what that was … carpet disgusting place filthy not wheelchair accessible as described so promptly requested to leave .. staff not bothered either way … looked nice on booking.com but more a seedy motel a la planes Trains n Automobiles film .. but not funny at all .. AVOID

    This was the dirtiest, run down property I’ve ever stayed at. Fixtures were missing, we were given 3 towels for 3 people for a stay of 3 days. Nobody came and made up the room after the first night. Beds unmade, same wet towels. Cigarette burns all over blankets. This place is literally used by prostitutes and is in no way a family hotel/motel. We left after one night, losing money for the two more nights we had paid for.

    Our stay was super comfortable. We are so happy with our booking. The room was big and the small kitchenette was really handy travelling with a baby (washing bottles). The room was really clean upon arrival. We did request a crib with our booking but nothing was there. Location was good but we already knew we would need to drive to places. In and out parking was great.
