I love this hotel because of its excellent location and the outstanding service provided by the manager. As a regular customer, I truly appreciate their hospitality and attentiveness. They have always been willing to assist with any issues I’ve had, especially accommodating my back issues by ensuring a suitable bed. Additionally, they go the extra mile by offering me a free upgrade whenever available, which makes my stays even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Situated near Ala Wai Canal, which is pretty much the only free parking in Waikiki, the location is a perfect 12/10-
It was quiet, it was easy to navigate from there, we had a place to park which is extremely difficult free or very expensive otherwise.
Frank the host was extremely nice and fun, showed us everything and gave us useful tips for our stay in honolulu.

The room was exactly as the pictures. Everything was super clean. There were towel all type of accessories, cooking stuff, beach chairs, Beach chairs and umbrella, small surf table. Much more than I expected it
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We were able to fit a family four (2 X teen boys) in 2 queen beds and a roll away in one small room. It’s tight but achievable. You hardly spend time in the room anyway. On the Aussie dollar this worked well for us. Pool is great because it isn’t full of little kids. Not too busy. Great location with quick walk to everything
The breakfast was awesome and the staff there was friendly and attentive. The location was great and the parking was convenient. The beach towels and beach chairs provided by hotel were great and the staff there were very friendly and accommodating. The lei making and hula lessons were fun for the grandkids.
We loved our stay at the Imperial. The location was perfect, we were just off the main strip of Waikiki, but close enough to walk it every night. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping, and activities to do in the area. The staff were wonderful, the room was lovely and clean. We would definitely stay here again. Its a family friendly resort.
Staff were friendly and helpful, location was great, beachfront, walking distance to shops and restaurants and all the area had to offer. The Outrigger Reef offered a beautiful complementary group wedding vow renewal ceremony that was a highlight of our trip and just a delight. Great family friendly experience all around.
Room was fabulous for our family of 5, it was great to have a room where our family of 5 could stay in the same room as all our children were under 18. The view was SUPURB. loved our stay at Sheraton Waikiki! Great location, friendly staff and fantastic amenities. I would stay again!
This is a great place for a Hawaii/Waikiki family vacation that won't break the bank. It felt like home and the kids looked forward to crashing here after a long day sightseeing or at the beach. We were treated very graciously by the staff whenever we made a request. Having a kitchen in each room meant we could prepare simple meals for the varied interests of our kids. Parking was perfectly adequate. It was really nice to be so close (short walking distance) to all the shopping and eating venues in Waikiki.
Affordable room for the family, quiet area off the main strip. Kids enjoyed the pool. Kani Ka Pila was great - food and drinks were excellent and the musicians we saw play over a few nights were all terrific
- the location. it’s at the east side of Waikiki area, walking distances to many shops restaurants, but a bit more quiet as it’s right next to Waikiki zoo and a quiet area leads up to diamond head.
- close to beach. one block from the beach. there’s a small dam at the beach there so formed a nice big pool for kids and family fun.
- has all basic facilities. they prepared extra towels for use. kitchen is very useful.
