Location was great but I was looking forward to the hot tub, which was green almost and had a very foul smell coming from it. I took pictures.

They were kind helpful and I felt safe
As families grow in size, their vacation needs grow with them. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater to all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. You can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, game rooms, fitness centers, and pool areas where children can play and parents can relax.
They technically have a guest laundry, although the system for using it is ridiculous. Room was surprisingly clean considering how horrible the motel is in general. Plenty of parking spaces. No malfunctions experienced e.g. lack of hot water or TV broken. No bed bugs found on inspection.
I didn’t enjoy my stay and didn’t know people can live there. I didn’t get the room I reserved. I had to wait for room when I got there on Friday. Reserve the room on Sunday. They were over booked and had pets everywhere. No comforter on the beds and the bathroom linen looked dirty. To get clean linens you have to pay for them or wash the ones you have. The hotel had a smell to it from all the people living there with animals. I left Saturday and couldn’t get a refund!!! Horrible experience
Since I was traveling with my family (which includes 4 kids) I was thrilled when they gave us a room at the end of the hall which was not directly attached to another guestroom. The rooms were very spaceous and I didn't even need to ask for additional sheets/blankets/pillows since I found extras in the closet.
Overall it had everything we needed and the staff was incredibly welcoming!
I didn't have anything I particularly liked. Staff wasn't very helpful. Not to mention I got double charged for my stay. I'm still trying to get a refund for the double charge.
Hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a great variety of different foods. Room was very comfortable for me and my family. Property was clean and appreciated!
