We didn’t really stay much at the property during the day, we where too busy site seeing. But we stayed in the budget cabin and it was perfect, had everything you need, just bring your own towels and bedding sheets, or you can hire from property. Would have loved to have spent more time on the property. Was clean and definitely well stocked with kitchen equipment. Felt like home. Property is located not far out from Warrnambool so easy drive to go to supermarket and takeout shops.

    I would like to have a ranch of my own, with a house that stands in the middle of a large meadow. Early in the morning, while cooking breakfast in the kitchen, out the window you can see herds of cows and sheep eating their breakfast as well. In the evening, a dog to accompany me for a walk in the sunset. Thank you for making my dream come true, if only for one day.

    We were delighted that a typical breakfast of cereal and toast was supplied. The accomodation was perfect for the two of us and our dog. We were there in warm weather and cool (massive rain and mist) and were comfortable inside and on the porch. Our 9 month old puppy had never seen farm animals and it was delightful to see her reaction.

    We used our own breakfast arrangement. Shared kitchen and dining facilities were all great. The location was close to rural surrounding where we were able to hear calves mooing in the distance. Much residential development taking place in the area, but the home was very easy to get to.

    Enjoyed it very much. The bed was very good. The bathroom was roomy and well appointed. We loved that the farm dog visited each day to say hello :) We appreciated the fresh milk in the frig when we arrived and the bread and other breakfast things. Thank you.

    Expect cars and horse floats driving by if you're in lodge 1. It is on a farm, they're running a business. Otherwhise great location, and a cosy lodge that has everything you need.
