Breakfast was delicious and made to order every morning. The dinner was superb. Compliments to the chef. The bartenders were kind, informative and entertaining. Loved the charm and history of the building and the secret trail out back to the fields where you can watch the sunset of a clear night.

This is a superb hotel, the attention to detail is magnificent. For example, the towels are top quality, furniture and room design is lovely and matches the country feel. The hostess is skilled and charming and serves an excellent breakfast. Big car park and good location at the top of the high street.

Peter and Sally looked after us as if we were part of their extended family. It should be renamed as Five Star Cottage because it is truly beautiful, and decorated and fitted out with such style and taste. Breakfast was superb, with the best local ingredients.
